Birdwood Crescent - Remediation Project

Located just East of the Auckland Domain in Parnell, Birdwood Crescent is a maintenance project for a terraced house development. It’s a unique and challenging location, nestled between train tracks and surrounding residential buildings. The owners are continuing to live in their homes during works, which adds to complexity of project.

The works consist of roof gutter and balcony waterproofing maintenance as well as re-painting of the whole development. Upgrading sections of cladding to modernise the external appearance of the building is also included in the scope of work.

PJM are providing design management services, construction observation, tendering for trades and reporting to the building committee.
