Birdwood Crescent - Parnell

Located just East of the Auckland Domain in Parnell, Birdwood Crescent is a maintenance project of a terraced house development. It’s a unique and challenging location, nestled between train tracks and surrounding residential buildings.

Owners continued to live in their homes during works, adding to the complexity of project.

The works comprised roof gutter and balcony waterproofing maintenance, repainting of the entire development, and targeted cladding upgrades to modernise the building’s external appearance.

PJM acted as Engineer to the Contract and Quantity Surveyor, providing client-side project management services including design management, cost control, contract administration, construction observation, trade tendering, and coordination with occupants and the building committee.
